Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions we get from our couples.
You might find these helpful as you plan and before you book your wedding photography.

How far in advance should we book you?

The earlier, the better!

To ensure your date is secured, we highly recommend booking your wedding photography at least 8 to 12 months in advance, especially during the most sought-after season from May to October.

Once you’ve locked in your venue and wedding date, don’t wait too long — it’s best not to leave this important piece for the last minute. Early booking allows plenty of time for planning and gives you peace of mind knowing everything is in place. That way, you can soak in every moment of your day, completely stress-free.

What if we’re not quite ready to book yet? Can you hold our date?

Absolutely — if you’re still deciding, please just let us know, as we’re happy to place a soft hold on your date for up to two weeks. This gives you a bit of extra time to finalize your plans without worrying about losing the date.

However, due to demand and fairness to other couples, we’re only able to hold dates beyond two weeks with a signed contract and booking fee. Once that’s in place, your wedding date is officially and securely reserved on our calendar.

When will we receive our photos?
Your edited photos will typically be delivered within 6 to 7 weeks after your wedding. The exact timing can vary depending on the number of photos taken and the package you’ve chosen. Rest assured, we put a lot of care into editing each image to make sure they’re perfect!
How many photos will we receive?
We don’t have a fixed number, but on average, we take about 3,000 to 5,000 photos throughout your wedding day. The exact number of delivered photos will depend on the package you’ve selected, ensuring you get just the right amount of stunning images to relive your day.
What kind of equipment do you use?

We use professional full-frame Nikon cameras and prime lenses, to ensure we delivering a high-quality standard of our work and we always have backup gear with us, just in case.

Do you offer discounts or special offers?
Occasionally, we offer discounts or special promotions for weddings, but these depend on availability and the time of year. If you’re interested, feel free to reach us out, and we’ll let you know if any offers are available at the time!
Can we have formal family group shots?
While we focus on capturing candid moments, we also believe a few formal group photos with your parents, relatives, and friends are important. To make this process as quick and smooth as possible, it helps if you provide a pre-arranged list of the key people you’d like in these shots. This way, we can efficiently organize everything, and you can get back to enjoying your special day!
